Meeting/Event Information
Illinois Chapter usually meets once each month, August through June, on Tuesdays. The Chapter’s annual golf outing and fund raiser always takes place in September. Generally 70 to 80 members gather at monthly meetings, which makes them an excellent networking opportunity for members interested in meeting and developing other contacts in the industry.
The State of Illinois requires professional engineers to complete 30 PDHs (Professional Development Hours) of training for license renewal. The Illinois Chapter ASHRAE offers educational programs with more than enough PDHs to help engineers satisfy this requirement.
Presentations from previous Chapter seminars and meetings may be downloaded after logging into the "Member Area." The Illinois Chapter of ASHRAE stores past presentations. You must be a member to access them from this website. If you are not yet a member, sign-up today or contact us for more information.

Spring season is in full swing — just in time for the return of the Illinois ASHRAE's Spring Conference! On Thursday, May 11, we want it to be as bright and warm inside downtown's UBS Tower, where our Spring Conference will feature a full day of learning and networking at seminars, exhibits, other gathering events, all concluding with a Happy Hour reception. It all happens under one roof, among many members of ASHRAE and the HVAC engineering community. We are glad to gather again in 2023 and excited to host it once more!
It's time to register and make plans to attend. This year you can choose from several presentations related to one or more of these three concurrent tracks: Sustainability/Decarbonization; Building Automation Systems; and a Miscellaneous category. Earn 5 Professional Development Hours (PDHs) while expanding your professional knowledge. Breakfast and lunch will be included in the registration fee. Following the day's final seminars, a 3:30 p.m. Happy Hour reception will take place at the conference center to network with the presenters and other participants. Get all of the above for one low registration fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY: As meeting venues normally require a minimum guarantee 48 hours or more before the event, we are unable to refund prepaid registrations that are cancelled after this time as well as after the event.
