Meeting/Event Information
Illinois Chapter usually meets once each month, August through June, on Tuesdays. The Chapter’s annual golf outing and fund raiser always takes place in September. Generally 70 to 80 members gather at monthly meetings, which makes them an excellent networking opportunity for members interested in meeting and developing other contacts in the industry.
The State of Illinois requires professional engineers to complete 30 PDHs (Professional Development Hours) of training for license renewal. The Illinois Chapter ASHRAE offers educational programs with more than enough PDHs to help engineers satisfy this requirement.
Presentations from previous Chapter seminars and meetings may be downloaded after logging into the "Member Area." The Illinois Chapter of ASHRAE stores past presentations. You must be a member to access them from this website. If you are not yet a member, sign-up today or contact us for more information.
YEA Winter Trolley Crawl 2014

We may call it a Pub Crawl, but we'll be cruising to a few of Chicago's coolest night spots (to be determined) in style aboard two trolleys that we've chartered for Friday evening, January 10th. Come and join the Young Engineers in ASHRAE for a night of sightseeing, fun and refreshments and start off the new year on a high note!
You don't have to be an ASHRAE member to attend, but you do have to be over 21 years of age. The cost is $15 for ASHRAE members and $25 for non-members, which covers transportation and refreshements aboard the trolley. Space is limited, so sign up soon!
All prepaid reservations will be confirmed and a pickup point will be announced beforehand, so please be sure to include your company and email address when registering. For further information, contact Mallory Schaus or Mike Capalbo at [email protected].
*The actual trolley tour will last from 7-10:30 PM. From 6-7 PM will be a happy hour social at a location to be announced to the registrants prior to the event.
